Eligibility: Serving & Retired Defence and Paramilitary Forces Personnel & their Widows.

Basic Cost: Rs 610/-per sq ft for all sizes of plots
Estimated Basic Cost= Cost of land+ development work including black top roads, external electrification, drainage, water Supply and fencing of the complex.
Additional Cost:
Total Cost
 = Basic Cost + Cost of Preferred Location Charges (PLC) if applicable.
Preferred Location Charges (PLC):
Plots facing park /open space / Parking / Green Area: 5 % of the basic cost extra
Plots facing commercial space/school/ community center: 5% of basic cost extra
Any plot on corner of any two roads: 5% of basic cost extra.
All plots on 25 and 30 feet wide roads: 5% of basic cost extra.
Processing Fee (PF):  2% of the Total Cost is non-refundable under all conditions.
Service Tax: 14% of Processing Fee (Or as per latest Govt Rules, as and when amended).
Additional Cost: Additional cost of Society Maintenance Advance for one year (Rs 10,000/-) from date of execution of sale deed and cost of diversion fee/ stamp duty fee/cost of registration/any other govt fees/taxes shall be borne by the applicant at the time of execution of sale deed as per the govt prevailing rates.
Method of Allocation
: On “First Come First Served” basis as per choice of the applicant and availability. Plot number will be allocated only on receipt of scanned E-mail copy of Demand Draft prepared by the applicant.
Loan Facility: NOT available
Availability of Plots: Applicants must confirm telephonically, availability of plot from Helpline before applying.

Bookings/Payments:
1st Installment/ Booking Amount: Rs 51,000/-including Processing Fee (PF) as 1st  Installment
Balance Payments: Remaining amount to be paid every month in 08 equal interest free installments. Detailed payment schedule to be issued only after receipt of all required documents and the payments as stated above.

How to Apply?

  • Check availability of plot from the layout table.
  • Prepare Demand Draft of Booking amount /1st Installment.
  • Confirm availability of your choice plot from Helpline.
  • Down load Booking/Application form from the web site.
  • Endorse your name and mobile number on reverse side of Demand Draft.
  • Send e-mail scan copy of Demand Draft on info@swo.co.in giving your particulars and mobile No.
  • Send the Booking/Application form duly filled up along with a Demand Draft of 1st Installment.
  • Please send only through Registered Post to the postal address of SWO-INDIA.
  • Receipt shall be forwarded to applicants on their postal address along with their plot number.

Documents Required

  • Booking Application Form duly filled up.
  • Serving Certificate/PPO/Relation Certificate (For Category-I)
  • Certificate From Your Superior Officer/Admin Officer/Or Provide a Photo Copy of Identity Card
  • Copy of PAN card
  • Photo copy of Nationalized Bank Pass Book (First Page showing address) & a cancelled cheque.
  • Affidavit: Undertaking & declarations as per format given on the website, duly notarized or countersigned by CO/OC on Rs 10/- stamp paper.  
  • Those applicants who are not SWDC/SWC holders to send SWDC Form duly filled up with required Demand Draft.
  • Existing card holders to dispatch SWDC/SWC in original.
Payment Procedure
All Bookings/ payments and installments for plots will be accepted only by Demand Drafts made from any bank in favour of: “SWO-INDIA LTD” payable at New Delhi.   
* Please ensure that Demand Drafts prepared from SBI have the SBI hologram affixed on it. DDs without SBI hologram are not accepted.
Please Note: 
SWO-INDIA shall not be responsible for loss of your payments/ drafts while it is in postal transit. Please ensure that your registered letters are properly packed and sealed before dispatch. 
Please DO NOT deposit your documents or payments or cash at any of SWO-India information centers. Send documents and demand drafts of payments only by REGISTERED POST to Main Office at New Delhi.
