Basic Cost::
Category-I:
   Basic Rates shown against each flat number on the list attached.
Category-II:  Rs 1,00,000/- in addition to the Basic Cost of Category -1.
Category-III: Rs 2,00,000/- in addition to the Basic Cost of Category -1.
Basic Cost = Cost of Land + Cost of Development of complex + Cost of construction of flat
+ cost of covered parking space.
Service Tax (ST)3.09% of Basic cost or as per latest Govt Tax Rules.
Total Cost= Basic Cost + ST
Processing fee (PF)2% of Total Cost is non-refundable under all conditions, payable with 1st installment.
Service Tax: 12.36% of Processing Fee (Or as per latest Govt Rules, as and when amended).
Additional charges for central amenities and facilities: Rs 1.25 lacs to be paid directly to the developer at the time of execution of sale deed.
Internal Maintenance Security Charges: Rs 50,000/- to be paid to the developer at the time of execution of sale deeds.
Additional Cost: All other cost of stamp duty fee/cost of registration/any other govt fees/taxes shall be borne by the applicant at the time of execution of sale deed as per the govt prevailing rates.
Method of Registration: On “First Come First Served” basis as per choice of the applicant and availability. Flat number will be provisionally registered only on receipt of copy of Demand Draft prepared by the applicant through FAX or scan copy on E-mail.
Loan facility: Available from Axis Bank, SBI, HDFC, and ICICI after payment of 10% of total cost. A personal letter for loan facility to be attached with the Booking Application Form.

Schedule of Payment:-
Booking Amount:  Rs 2,00,000/-
for 2 BHK and Rs 3,00.000/- for 3 BHK both including Processing Fee (PF) ,cost of Booking Application Form and Application Fee as 1st  Installment. Balance payments to be paid in 6 equal installments every two months.
Balance Payments: Applicants availing loan facility will be provided with the required documents after they have paid 10 % of the total cost as their first installment.

Procedure for Booking

  • Check availability of flat from the layout table.
  • Prepare draft of applicable Booking amount.
  • Confirm availability of your choice flat from Helpline Nos at Delhi.
  • Down load Booking Application Form from the web site.
  • Endorse your name and mobile number on reverse side of Demand Draft.
  • Send FAX of Demand Draft on FAX No 011-28034798 or e-mail scan copy of Demand Draft on info@swo.co.in giving your particulars and mobile No.
  • Send the Booking Application Form duly filled up along with a Demand Draft of booking amount to Head Office at Delhi.
  • Please send only through Registered Post to the postal address of SWO-INDIA.
  • Receipt shall be forwarded to applicants on their postal address along with their registration number.

Check list for documents required at the time of booking:

  • Booking Application Form duly filled up.
  • Demand Draft of Booking Amount.
  • Serving Certificate/PPO for Priority-I applicants.
  • Copy of PAN card.
  • Photo copy of Nationalized Bank Pass Book (First Page showing address) & a cancelled cheque.
  • Affidavit: Undertaking & declarations as attached to the booking application form, duly notarized on Rs 10/- stamp paper for Categories –II & III applicants and  countersigned by CO/OC/ Zila Sainik Board/Notarized for Category-I applicants on Rs 10/- stamp paper.
  • SWDC Form duly filled up along with required Demand Draft.
  • Personal request letter for loan facility.


Payment Procedure 
Bookings/Installments: All types of payments and installments will be accepted only by Demand Drafts made from any bank in favour of “SWO-INDIA LTD” payable at New Delhi.

Please Note:
Please ensure SBI-HOLOGRAM is affixed on demand draft prepared by STATE BANK OF INDIA. DD without hologram will not be accepted.
SWO-INDIA shall not be responsibility for loss of your payments/ drafts while it is in postal transit. Please ensure that your registered letters are properly packed and sealed before dispatch. 
Please DO NOT deposit your documents or payments or cash at any of SWO-India information centers. Send documents and demand drafts of payments only by REGISTERED POST to Main Office at New Delhi.
