Applications are requested from eligible candidates of the rank of Ex-Sub/Ex-Hav from Army background to be appointed as Project Liaison Officers (PLOs).


  1. To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects specific procedures ensuring consistency with organization strategy, commitments and goals.
  2. The Project Liaison Officer will contribute in setting up the project site office/SWO-India information center and act as a link between the management, developer and members. Liaise with media/civil authorities and various departments related to development of the project.
  3. The PLO will submit daily report to the Project Director,
  4. He would be solely responsible for media/publicity in the station among the beneficiaries and probable clients.


  1. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with the Project Team.
  2. Preparing and maintaining project information, including Location Chart, Project Details, Business Development, Media, interim and final reports.
  3. Monitoring and reporting progress of projects and updating the Staff at Head Office on daily basis.
  4. Preparing project reports for the Project Manager/Director.
  5. Maintaining Records of availability of residential units.
  6. Updating of cost of residential units as and when revised.
  7. Communication and Correspondence with clients.
  8. Update change of addresses and mobile Nos. of members.
  9. Update Transfer Forms for change of locations.
  10. Sorting the queries of clients and intimate the customers for pending payments.
  11. Review activities for compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Quality assurance.
  13. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management.
  14. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve desired project outputs.

MINIMUM SALARY:  Rs 10,000/- + Incentive. Synergic support/ assistance and a Mobile SIM.
