The Sainik Welfare Organization-India, is a social service organization working with the sole objective of facilitating provision of residential units (residential plots, apartments, independent floors, farm plots etc) to the two segments of central government uniformed personnel, the Serving and the Retired who shares the right to a decent standard of living together within the same community after retirement from active service.

The mission  of the organization is to provide assistance in providing  residential units (residential plots, apartments, independent floors, farm plots etc) as quality welfare social service to Defence and Paramilitary forces Personnel, both serving and retired, and their spouses or dependents at affordable prices by facilitating small real estate projects located in close proximity of existing medical facilities, educational centers and re-employment opportunities so as to enable the beneficiaries to live together even after retirement from active service in a dignified manner.

Everyone shares the right to a decent standard of living. Access to adequate housing  is essential for fulfillment of human life beyond simple survival.

Housing fulfills physical, psychological and social needs by providing security and shelter, a sense of personal space and privacy and by providing a gathering area and communal space for the human family, the basic unit of society..........
