Project Name: “DEFENCE WARRIORS RESIDENCY, RANCHI
Location of Scheme: General area Mauza Vadhu, Pidhouria Thana No 25, on highway, Ranchi
Eligibility w.e.f 15 Aug 2013:
Category-I: Serving & Retired Defence and Paramilitary Forces Personnel their Widows and NOKs.
Category-II: Central & State Govt Employees, Employees of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and Multi National Companies (MNCs).
Category-III: General Public
Please Note: 1% discount is offered on basic cost of residential plot to SWDC card holders under all above categories.                           Click here to apply for SWDC membership.
Processing fee (PF):  5% of the Total Cost is non-refundable under all conditions.
Service Tax: 12.36% of Processing Fee.
Additional Cost: Additional cost of cost of diversion fee/ stamp duty fee/cost of registration/any other govt fees/taxes shall be borne by the applicant at the time of execution of sale deed as per the govt prevailing rates.
Method of Allocation: On “first come first serve basis” as per choice of the applicant and availability. Commercial Plot number will be allocated only on receipt of FAX or E-mail copy of Demand Draft prepared by the applicant.
Loan Facility: NOT available
Availability of Plots: Applicants must confirm telephonically, availability of commercial plot from PLO before applying.
Availability of commercial plots: Commercial Plots marked as {*} on the table attached have already been booked.

Payment Schedule:
1st Installment / Booking Amount: Rs 51,000/- including Processing Fee 
Balance Payments: Remaining amount to be paid in 08 equal monthly interest free installments. Detailed payment schedule to be issued only after receipt of all required documents.
Handing Over of Physical Possession: Ready for possession.

How to Apply?

  • Check availability of commercial plot from the layout table.
  • Prepare Demand Draft total payments.
  • Confirm availability of your choice plot from Helpline.
  • Down load Commercial Booking form from the web site.
  • Endorse your name and mobile number on reverse side of Demand Draft.
  • Send FAX of Demand Draft on FAX No 011-28034798 or e-mail scan copy of Demand Draft on info@swo.co.in giving your particulars and mobile No.
  • Send the Booking/Application form duly filled up along with a Demand Draft.
  • Please send only through Registered Post to the postal address of SWO-INDIA.
  • Receipt shall be forwarded to applicants on their postal address along with their Commercial plot number.

Documents Required

  • Booking Application Form duly filled up.
  • Serving Certificate/PPO for Priority-I applicants.
  • Copy of PAN card.
  • Photo copy of Nationalized Bank Pass Book (First Page showing address) & a cancelled cheque.
  • Affidavit: Undertaking & declarations as attached to the booking application form, duly notarized on Rs 10/- stamp paper for Categories -II,III,IV applicants and  countersigned by CO/OC/ Zila Sainik Board/Notarized for Category-I applicants on Rs 10/- stamp paper.

Payment Procedure 
All Booking payments for Commercial Plots will be accepted only by Demand Drafts made from any bank in favour of: “SWO-INDIA LTD” payable at New Delhi.   
* Please ensure that Demand Drafts prepared from SBI have the SBI hologram affixed on it. DDs without SBI hologram are not accepted.
Please Note: 
SWO-INDIA shall not be responsible for loss of your payments/ drafts while it is in postal transit. Please ensure that your registered letters are properly packed and sealed before dispatch. 
Please DO NOT deposit your documents or payments or cash at any of SWO-India information centers. Send documents and demand drafts of payments only by REGISTERED POST to Main Office at New Delhi.
